AgentAssist Error: HTML Automations are Disabled for Your Account

Issue:

I tried to use an HTML automation shortcut and saw a message that said, "HTML Automations are disabled for your account. Please contact your administrator."

What to do:

The ability to launch HTML Automations in AgentAssist must be configured for the account in nVoq.Administrator. 

1. Go to the Accounts page and edit the account. Put a checkmark next to "HTML Shortcuts Version 2".
2. Once enabled, the HTML resources will download when you log in to AgentAssist.
