Issue:

nVoq.Mobile Voice is set as the default keyboard on my Android device, but it doesn't look like the image below.

QWERTY-keyboard-17-2-0Your keyboard should have the menu key (with the green circle) on the bottom row.
What to do:
  • If the battery on your device is low check to see if your keyboard has gone into power-saving mode. See Mobile Voice Dictation Button Missing.
  • If low battery is not the issue, make sure you are signed in to the keyboard and select the correct keyboard from the Keyboard settings:
  1. Press and hold the ENTER KEY to bring up the nVoq.Mobile Voice menu, then tap Keyboard Settings.

  2. From the Settings screen, tap the Language icon (globe) at the bottom of the screen.
    Settings-Language

  3. On the Language screen, select Enable keyboards and languages.
    Enable-keyboard-and-languages

  4. On the Keyboards screen, select nVoq.Mobile Voice.
    select-mobile-voice-keyboard
  • If you still have issues with the keyboard, try closing out of the nVoq.Mobile Voice application.
  • If the issues still persist try uninstalling the nVoq.Mobile Voice application and then reinstall it from the Google Play Store.
