This could appear as a complete replacement of letters in the transcript if the vocabulary term included a period. For example, if " Dr. S. " was added as a vocabulary term, a dictation of "the patient had dry skin" could return as "the patient had Dr. S . in." Like substitutions, these vocabulary terms also appear on the Review & Correct Detail page only in the Substituted Text tab. Fast Dictation Connection Handling -  Connectivity issues with Fast Dictation could result in the dictation server being tied up for hours, unable to take more work. This issue has been fixed in 14.0. The dictation sever will now identify issues and free up to take more work within a few seconds. (D-11208, documented 1/21/2019) Processing Delays - On January 26 and 27, we experienced delays in the post processing of dictation which includes persisting audio in cloud storage, logging the dictation transaction information, and decrementing the concurrent dictation count for the user performing the dictation.  As a result, some users received error messages indicating that they had reached their concurrent dictation limit even though they had finished the prior dictations and received the transcribed text. To fix this issue, a check was added for profile issues that will send a message to the dictation server to not perform the final review of the transcript, and additionally a rebuild of the user's profile will be triggered to keep the issue from occurring again. Mobile Voice for Android that briefly displays the user's dictation rate when they submit a dictation that is longer than two seconds and includes more than five words. This setting is enabled by default but can be changed at any time, including for auto provisioned accounts. The user also has the ability to enable or disable this setting in Mobile Voice. Mobile Voice is updated with a change to this property within 30 minutes, or when the user signs out and signs back in to Mobile Voice. If the user updates the setting in Mobile Voice, the property is updated in nVoq Administrator immediately. This setting is not honored in Mobile Voice for iOS as that keyboard does not have the feature at this time. When creating a new shortcut or editing an existing shortcut, the shortcut opens on the View tab. This is where you'll add or update the shortcut name, description, and configure what the shortcut does (like paste text, open a web page, or open a form to send an email). Click into the Name field and enter a shortcut name. If using voice shortcuts, this is the name to say to run the shortcut. This name will display in the nVoq Voice popup shortcut menu, in the shortcut list in nVoq Mobile Voice and nVoq Wireless Microphone apps, and on the Shortcuts page in nVoq Administrator. You can create an acco unt shortcut with the same name as an organization shortcut. The account shortcut will take precedence. If you create a shortcut with the same name as a user's account shortcut, that user will not see the organization shortcut

Issue: When nVoq Voice is paired with the nVoq.Wireless Microphone for iOS, updates to Voice are not reflected in nVoq Administrator's Review & Correct until Voice is re-linked on the Wireless Mic app. Dictations are recorded properly and appear in Review & Correct, but the old version of Voice is listed on the Detail Review & Correct page. This issue will be corrected when the 19.0.0 version of Voice is upgraded to 19.1. Until then this can be resolved by proactively re-linking to Voice in the Wireless Mic app. What to do: Relink the iOS Wireless Microphone to nVoq Voice: Tap the Linked to: [computer name] link near the bottom of the Wireless Mic dictation screen. You can collect these system-generated sentence models and apply them to all users in an organization by following the steps below.   This option is only available when viewing an ORGANIZATION (not an account).    Go to the Sentence Models page in nVoq Administrator.   On the Organizations menu at the top of the page, select the organization to which you want to apply a sentence model. Navigate this menu by using the Expand All button to open all organizations, by clicking the > arrow next to each organization level to open it, or by typing an organization name in the Filter   text field.   Ensure that the Organization radio button under View is selected.  Sentence models will be added to the organization selected here . The deployment process for the nVoq Wireless Microphone generally begins the next business day after the last system deployment date. All systems must be running the updated release before we begin the deployment process for the same version of the Wireless Microphone.
