AgentAssist is Tiny

Issue:

AgentAssist launched from Java Web Start (sayit.jnlp) or from an executable (sayit.exe) opens as a tiny, very small window on the screen and I can hardly read it.

It may be necessary to adjust your settings for "High DPI" (dots per inch) scaling.

What to do:

What you need to do is based on whether you launched AgentAssist from Java Web Start (sayit.jnlp) or from an executable file (sayit.exe).

AgentAssist from Java Web Start (sayit.jnlp)

1. Navigate to the directory with your Java executables.
   (This is something like C:\Program Files\Java\jre1.8.0_111\bin or C:\Program Files (x86)\Java\jre1.8.0_111\bin)

2. Right-click on the Javaws.exe file and select Properties from the menu.

3. On the Compatibility tab click the Change high DPI settings button.
   
    
4. Put a checkmark next to Override high DPI scaling behavior.
   
    
5. Click the Apply button.
   
    
6. Relaunch SayIt and it should no longer be tiny!

AgentAssist From Executable File (sayit.exe)

1. Right-click the shortcut for the executable on the desktop.

2. Select Properties from the menu.

3. Click on the Compatibility tab.

4. Click the Change high DPI settings button.

5. Put checkmark in the box next to Override high DPI scaling behavior.

6. Select System from the Scaling performed by menu.

7. Click OK.

8. Click the Apply button on the Properties window.

9. Click OK on the Properties windows to close it.

10. Relaunch AgentAssist from the executable shortcut on the desktop. It should no longer be tiny!
