Issue:
A client user or administrator user is unable to log in.
What to do:
- Make sure they are not using the wrong username or password.
- Users can find their own username or reset their own password by clicking on the Forgot Username or Password link on the sign in screen. See Forgot Voice Client Username of Password
- The account may be disabled. If you are certain that the account should be active/enabled, you can enable the account.
Enabling an account in a tenant that has never been enabled before may start a Trial period for the account, or may make it immediately billable.
In order for an account to start a trial period, trial periods must be enabled for the tenant.
If the account has already passed a Trial period or if trial periods are not enabled for the tenant, enabling an account that has access to a dictation client will make it billable.
- A client account may not have the Client Access box checked. In order to log in to a dictation client, a user account must be have the Client Access checkbox selected on the Accounts page.
- A client account may not have a client group assigned. In order to log in to a dictation client, a user account must be have a Client Group selected on the Accounts page.
Anyone can log in to nVoq Administrator, even if they do not have an Administrator Role.
Users without an Admin Role will only be able to view and edit their own shortcuts in nVoq Administrator.
