Article Summary

Issue:

A client user or administrator user is unable to log in.

What to do:
  • Make sure they are not using the wrong username or password.
  • The account may be disabled. If you are certain that the account should be active/enabled, you can enable the account. 
Enabling an account in a customer care tenant will make it billable based on dictation or shortcut client usage. 
Enabling an account in a healthcare tenant that has never been enabled before will start the Trial period for the account.
If the account has already passed the Trial period, enabling an account that has access to a dictation/shortcut client will make it billable.
  • A client account may not have the Client Access box checked. In order to log in to a dictation/shortcut client, a user account must be have the Client Access checkbox selected on the Accounts page. 
  • A client account may not have a client group assigned. In order to log in to a dictation/shortcut client, a user account must be have a Client Group selected on the Accounts page. 
Anyone can log in to nVoq.Administrator, even if they do not have an Administrator Role. Users without an Admin Role will only be able to view and edit their own shortcuts in nVoq.Administrator.
