General
- nVoq only supports this app on Android Versions 11.
Dictation
- Your Android device cannot simultaneously be used on a phone call and as a microphone with the app.
- If you answer a phone call on your device or navigate away from the dictation screen while you are recording a dictation, the recording will be stopped and your dictation transcript (that was captured up until that point) is pasted into your application. Depending on your Android version and/or device, the dictation may be interrupted anytime there is an incoming call, or you may be able to "reject" the call without the dictation being interrupted.
- WebSocket dictation does not work if the Wireless Microphone app is being used as the recording device. Dictations using the Wireless Mic will automatically revert to HTTP.
- In order to protect our resources, we currently only allow a maximum of four (4) dictations to to be processed by our server for a single user at one time. If more than the maximum number of WebSocket dictation requests are made, you will get an error (503 service is unavailable).
