SayIt: Voice Shortcut Command Runs Wrong Shortcut

Issue:

When I try to run a voice shortcut, SayIt runs a different shortcut than the name I said.

What to do:
  • Make sure you are saying the correct shortcut name. Check the My Shortcuts list to see your list of shortcut names.
  • Check to see if the shortcut name is similar sounding to the shortcut that runs insteadConsider changing one of the shortcut names so that they do not sound the same phonetically.
  • If you are trying to use a shortcut that has a acronym for a name, try saying the letters individually or as a word. When using an acronym as a shortcut name in which each letter is pronounced individually, put a space between each letter. If the letters are pronounced as a word, the spaces are not needed.
