15.2 nVoq Dictation, SayIt, SayIt Administrator, nVoq.Administrator, Shortcut Designer, Microphones, and nVoq APIs Release
August 2020

nVoq Dictation

The updates in this section impact all dictation clients, including SayIt and nVoq.Mobile Voice as well as ISV partner clients using nVoq dictation.
  • Acoustic Adaptation Not Working for HTTP Dictations - New accounts created in the 15.1 version of the nVoq platform do not have acoustic adaptation data saved for HTTP dictation. This causes HTTP dictations to be about .1% to .2% less accurate. Acoustic adaptation is still working if the account was created prior to the 15.1 release OR if recording dictation with "Fast Dictation" (WebSocket) enabled. (Note that dictations using the Android or iOS Wireless Microphone are always automatically HTTP, even if Fast Dictation is enabled for the account.) This issue has been fixed in 15.2. (D-12087, 6/29/2020)
  • Fix for Alternate Words Displaying Duplicate Results - When dictating decimal numbers like, “one point oh by one point two centimeters” the transcript should return “1.0 x 1.2 cm” but the alternate words list would also include "1.0" and "1.2" for alternatives, even though already in the transcript. This has been fixed, and will also fix other duplicates (not just decimal numbers) that may have appeared in the alternate words list as well. (D-12076, 7/31/2020)
  • Fix for Some Direct Text Dictations Missing Words - Some dictation transcripts using Direct Text (STABLETEXT) were missing words. It was found that Direct Text would not always work correctly if the dictation included a substitution like "lowercase" that did not produce a word in the transcript. This has been fixed. (D-12086, 8/3/2020)
  • Fix for WebSocket (Fast Dictation) Call Processing STARTDICTATION Does Not Respond - There was an issue reported in which the client would fail to send the STARTDICTATION message in time, the server would timeout waiting for the message, and the job would be set to null causing the server to crash. This has been fixed in 15.2. Null checks have been added and the server now closes the job successfully with ErrorReasonSESSION_TIMED_OUT. (D-12079, 8/19/2020)

SayIt and AgentAssist

New Features & Improvements in SayIt/AgentAssist

Bug Fixes in SayIt/AgentAssist

  • Shortcuts Failed to Update from Server - Some users with a lot of shortcuts were getting an error stating, "Shortcuts failed to update from server" and were unable to use shortcuts. SayIt/AgentAssist was unable to download the shortcut list due to the combination of there being numerous account shortcuts and users working on a limited network. The work-around was to remove some shortcuts (using nVoq.Administrator or Shortcut Designer) and relaunch SayIt/AgentAssist. This has been fixed in 15.2. Now SayIt/AgentAssist will continue to retry the download of the shortcut list for a longer period of time to accommodate a large amount of shortcuts and a limited network. (D-12106, 7/23/2020)

  • Send Email Button on HTML Shortcuts Not Working in Windows 10 - Due to an update to Windows 10, the Send Email buttons on CEF or Electron HTML Shortcuts are no longer working correctly in SayIt/AgentAssist. The "mailto" URL is not parsed correctly and does not properly populate the To, CC and Subject fields. This has been fixed in 15.2. (D-12144, 8/11/2020)

SayIt Administrator

New Features & Improvements in SayIt Administrator

  • Link to nVoq.Administrator on Sign in Screen - The sign in screen for SayIt Administrator now includes a link to nVoq.Administrator that says, "Try our Beta of nVoq.Administrator!"  Clicking the link takes you directly to the sign in screen for nVoq.Administrator, where you can log in with your SayIt Administrator username and password. nVoq.Administrator is our new administrator console that will eventually replace SayIt Administrator. (B-14929, 6/16/2020)
  • New Account Property for Next Typed Word Suggestions - A new account property is available on the Edit Account page for users of the nVoq.Mobile Voice keyboard for Android. The account property, Dictation Keyboard Suggestions U R L, shows a link to the text file being saved that includes a user's predictive typing suggestions.  (B-15656, 7/22/2020)

Bug Fixes in SayIt Administrator

  • Accounts Disabled Early on Enabled Through Date - In 15.1 user accounts were being disabled at the beginning of the day on the Enable Through date rather than at the end of the day due to a system level function added to manage account events. It has been fixed in 15.2 and users are now disabled at the end of the day of the set Enabled Through date. (D-12056, 5/19/2020)
  • Auto Renew Date Not Populated - After you save a new account with a yearly subscription (1, 3 , or 5 year), the date that the subscription will automatically renew should be listed beside the selected yearly plan and should also appear in the Subscription Management report under the Renewal Date column. In 15.1, this was not happening and the auto-renew date was not populating in either place. This has been fixed in 15.2. (D-12026, 7/16/2020)
  • Plans Appearing Incorrectly on Subscription Management Report - It was discovered on a few tenants that some Enterprise subscription plans on the Subscription Management report were listed as "Yearly" (instead of "Enterprise"), and some Lines of Dictation plans were listed as "Monthly Recurring" (instead of "Monthly Usage"). Actual billing for these tenants was not affected, it was only an issue on the report. These will be fixed with a migration script when the system is updated to 15.2. (D-12069, 7/23/2020)
  • Account List Does Not Include Group Members with Higher-Level Admin Access - If a group is selected on the organization menu, administrators with higher-level Admin Access that also have Client Access to that group do not appear in the account list if the account was first saved as an admin-only account and client access was added later. (This does not occur if the Client Access was added at the time the account was created.) This has been fixed in 15.2. (D-11971, 7/29/2020)
  • Documentation Updated for Audio Length - The Total Usage report "Total Minutes of Audio" column and the "Audio Length (sec)" information on the Review & Correct page were both documented to calculate the total number of minutes of dictation and voice shortcutaudio recorded. However, voice shortcut audio has not been calculated/recorded since the 14.0 release. Documentation has been updated for this report and the Review & Correct page accordingly.  (D-11212, 7/30/2020)

nVoq.Administrator

New Features & Improvements in nVoq.Administrator

  • Drag Multiple Sentence Model Documents At Once - You can now select multiple (up to five) documents that you want to add to account or organization sentence modeling and drag them all at once to the Upload Sentence Models page. (B-15547, 5/7/2020)
  • Updates to Review & Correct Filter and Search - The "advanced" link in the gray area on the page has been removed so that the Type, Status, and Result filters are always visible. The Search By and Search For fields, which were used specifically to search by item ID or External ID, have been removed and replaced with a regular Search field that you find on other pages in nVoq.Administrator. The Search field can be used to search for information in any column on the page, including ID and External ID. (B-15457, 5/13/2020)
  • Improvement to Client Only User Organization Shortcut Copy - In the previous releases, if a CLIENT ONLY user copied an organization shortcut, the copied shortcut replaced the original organization shortcut in the user's account shortcut list and in SayIt/AgentAssist, and the user was unable to see the original organization shortcut. In 15.2,  the client only user can see both shortcuts in nVoq.Administrator. They will both have the same name, but the Owner column will list either the organization or the account user name. In SayIt or AgentAssist only the account shortcut is visible and can be used. (B-15509, 5/14/2020)
  • New Date Range Picker - The date range selector has been updated on all pages where you can select a date range: Review & Correct, Create Sentence Models from Corrected Text, and the reports. This date range picker allows you to select and start and end time in addition to dates, and you can also type a date and time into the date range field manually if you prefer. (B-15568, 5/15/2020; B-14541, 6/5/2020)
  • API Key Page Added - The API Key page, which is available to tenant-level administrators, has been added to nVoq.Administrator. There are some changes from SayIt Administrator: In nVoq.Administrator, tenant level Read-Only administrators can view this page (but not make changes). They could not see the page at all in SayIt Administrator. In nVoq.Administrator the API keys listed on the page are filtered by the organization menu. All API keys at and below the organization selected in the menu are listed on the page. In SayIt Administrator the API Key page did not have the ability to filter by organization. Currently you can add, edit an API key name, and delete API keys. Regenerate and copy functionality has not been added. (B-15440, B-15564, 5/15/2020)
  • Total Usage Detail Report Added - The Total Usage Detail report, which shows dictation and shortcut statistics for users with client access, is now included in nVoq.Administrator reports. Username, first name, and last name are now in separate columns, making it easier to find and sort data. A new Status column lists whether accounts are disabled or deleted, making it easier to find that information as well. And instead of 1's and 0's, the Non-billable columns lists "true" or "false" which is easier to understand. There is no option to to choose which columns to display in the report data as you can in SayIt Administrator, and admin-only users (without client access) do not appear in the report unless they previously had client access and performed dictations or shortcuts. They do appear in the report in SayIt Administrator. (B-15544, 5/18/2020)
  • Read-Only Admin Can Copy Shortcuts - Administrators with Read-Only access can now copy shortcuts from any account or organization to which they have access to their own account. This is different from SayIt Administrator, where read-only administrators cannot copy shortcuts at all (they can only export). Note that shortcuts can only be copied one-at-a-time; read-only administrators cannot select shortcuts in the list and copy using the copy icon in the blue toolbar. (B-15510, 6/3/2020)
  • New Upload & Download Icons - The up/down arrow icon in the blue toolbar for uploading and/or downloading items on a page has been replaced by two separate icons that are a more universal representation of "upload" and "download". Since there are two separate icons, you no longer need to select "Upload [items]" or "Download [items]" from a drop-down menu when you click the icon. Clicking the upload icon takes you directly to the upload page, clicking the download icon immediately starts a download, or asks you to confirm what you want to download before starting the download. Moreover, if a page does not include the ability to upload, you will only see the download icon in the blue toolbar. (B-15595, 6/12/2020)
  • Billing Page - The Billing page has been added to nVoq.Administrator. Work on this page is still in progress. So far you can edit Bill To and Sold To contact information. (B-15454, 6/12/2020)
  • Copy API Key - On the API Key page (available to tenant-level administrators) the ability to copy an entire API key to the clipboard has been added so that there is a quick method of getting the key. The key can be copied via the actions menu or by clicking a copy icon on the Edit API Key page. (B-15444, 6/15/2020)
  • Tips for Using nVoq.Administrator - A new section on the home page of nVoq.Administrator (for users with an Admin Role or Customer Administrator or Read Only) includes tips on new administrator console to help you learn how to use it. The new section, titled "Did you know?" includes information like items can be edited by double clicking and use icons in the blue toolbar to perform actions on multiple items in a list. (B-15594, 6/22/2020)
  • Total Usage Summary Report - The Total Usage Summary report is now available in nVoq.Administrator. This report shows the number of dictations recorded by an organization, the number of shortcuts run by an organization, and the total minutes of audio recorded by an organization for dictations and voice shortcuts during a specified time period. (B-15555, 7/6/2020)
  • Dictation Usage Organization Summary Report - The Dictation Usage Summary report is now available in nVoq.Administrator. This report shows the total number of dictations, total number of words transcribed from dictations, average number of words spoken per dictation, average recognition accuracy corrected text, total number of words included in the corrected text, total number of minutes for dictation audio recorded, and the number of lines transcribed from dictations for a selected organization during a specified date range. Unlike SayIt Administrator, in nVoq.Administrator there is no option to to choose which columns to display in the report data. (B-15590, 7/7/2020)
  • Dictation Usage Organization Detail Report - The Dictation Usage Organization Detail report is now available in nVoq.Administrator. This report displays dictation usage information for users in a selected organization over a specified date range. Statistics include: total number of dictations per user, total number of words transcribed from a user's dictations, average number of words spoken by a user per dictation, average recognition accuracy of a user's corrected dictation text, total number of words included in the user's corrected text, total number of minutes for a user's dictation audio recorded, total number of seconds of a user's audio per dictation, and total number of lines transcribed from a user's dictations. Unlike SayIt Administrator, in nVoq.Administrator there is no option to to choose which columns to display in the report data. (B-15591, 7/10/2020)
  • Later Button Added to Password Expiration Screen - A "Later" button was added to the screen where a password can be changed when it is about the expire. Pressing that button allows you to bypass change password screen and access the application. Once the password is expired, the Later button no longer appears as the password must be changed at that point. (B-15435, 7/13/2020)
  • Dictation Usage Custom Group Report - The Dictation Usage Custom Group report is now available in nVoq.Administrator. This report displays the same information that is presented in the Dictation Usage Organization Detail report, but for users in a custom group. Different from SayIt Administrator, you must pick the same organization on the organization menu at the top of the page at which the custom group was created. Selecting a higher organization level does not show all custom groups BELOW that organization. Also, like the other dictation usage reports, in nVoq.Administrator there is no option to to choose which columns to display in the report data like there is in SayIt Administrator. (B-15513, 7/13/2020)
  • View/Download and Delete Custom Groups - You can now view and download a list of custom groups and delete custom groups from the Custom Groups page. (B-15681, 7/13/2020)
  • Add & Edit Custom Groups - You can now add or edit a custom group on the Custom Groups page in nVoq.Administrator. Users in a custom group can span across different company, division, or group organizations within a tenant. Unlike SayIt Administrator, in nVoq.Administrator you can create a custom group under a group organization. Also different from SayIt Administrator: any accounts in the selected organization can be added to a custom group (even those without client access), and a custom group can be created with no accounts in it at all. (B-14546, 7/20/2020)
  • Account Creation Report - The Account Creation report is now available in nVoq.Administrator. This report shows user accounts created during a selected date range or accounts in which the user first logged in to the dictation client during a selected date range. (B-15692, 7/21/2020)
  • New Account Property for Next Typed Word Suggestions - A new account property is available on the Edit Account page Properties tab for users of the nVoq.Mobile Voice keyboard for Android. The account property, Dictation Keyboard Suggestions URL, shows a link to the text file being saved that includes a user's predictive typing suggestions.  (B-15656, 7/22/2020)
  • Shortcut Usage Organization Detail Report - The Shortcut Usage Organization Detail report is now available in nVoq.Administrator. This report shows voice, popup, and sub shortcut usage for individual users in an organization. (B-15694, 7/23/2020)
  • Shortcut Usage Custom Group Report - The Shortcut Usage Custom Group report is now available in nVoq.Administrator. This report shows voice, popup, and sub shortcut usage for individual users in a custom group. (B-15695, 7/23/2020)
  • Shortcut Usage Summary Report - The Shortcut Usage Summary report is now available in nVoq.Administrator. This report shows voice, popup, and sub shortcut usage for organizations. (B-15695, 7/23/2020)
  • Increased Character Limit for Shortcut and Shortcut Folder Descriptions - The Description field for shortcuts and shortcut folders has been increased from 255 characters to 512 characters so you can add longer descriptions. (D-12064, 7/24/2020)
  • Account Tracking Detail Report - The Account Tracking Detail report is now available in nVoq.Administrator and shows billing status of client accounts (billable, trial, or disabled) during a selected date range. (B-15589, 7/227/2020)
  • Account Tracking Summary Report -  The Account Tracking Summary report is now available in nVoq.Administrator and shows a count of users in an organization with specific billing statuses (billable, trial, or disabled) during a selected date range. ( B-15592, 7/227/2020)
  • Subscription Management Summary Report - The summary report lists the total number of users in an organization that are new, active, inactive, enabled, and have the Accuracy Optimization Service enabled during the selected date range. (B-15690, 8/3/2020)
  • Add/Edit Automatic Payment Information - You can now add or edit automation payment information for your bank or credit card on the Billing page. (B-14545, 8/4/2020)
  • Subscription Management Detail Report - The detail report lists users in an organization that are new, active, inactive, enabled, and have the Accuracy Optimization Service enabled during the selected date range. The words "No Trial" will no longer appear in the Trial Expiration column for accounts that were never in a trial period as they do in SayIt Administrator. Now the column will be blank in this scenario. (B-15719, 8/4/2020)

Bug Fixes in nVoq.Administrator

  • Change Enabled Icon Appears for Folder - When you select a folder on the Shortcuts page the Change Enabled icon appears in the blue toolbar. Since Change Enabled is only applicable to shortcuts (folders cannot be disabled), this should not happen. This has been fixed in 15.2. (D-12037, 5/8/2020)
  • Deleted Shortcuts Appear in Folder - Shortcuts in folders would still appear in folders immediately after they were deleted. The work-around was to refresh the browser to update the list manually. This has been fixed. (D-11904, 5/14/2020)
  • Copying Shortcuts Freezes Page - When copying a shortcut from an account to another account or organization, the page freezes: the radio buttons are not clickable, and you cannot close the popup message. This has been fixed. (D-12042, 5/14/2020)
  • Page Freeze When Copying Shortcuts to Accounts - When an administrator with Ready-Only access copied a shortcut from a lower level organization (to his own account), the page would become unresponsive and produce a 404 error behind the scenes. This would also occur if an administrator with Customer Administrator access copied a shortcut from an organization to an account in a different organization. This has been fixed in 15.2. (D-12058, 5/22/2020)
  • Poorly Parsed Shortcut CSV Files Do Not Upload - Shortcut CSV upload files in the Complete Shortcut Guide had mixed DOS carriage return and line feed ("\r\n") as a line ending as well as Unix line feed ("\n") line endings which caused nVoq.Administrator to disable the Save button on the Upload Shortcuts page when trying to upload them. The issue was "fixed" for the Shortcut Guide by updating the files, but in 15.2 an update was made to the CSV parser in nVoq.Administrator to accept poorly parsed shortcut upload CSV files that use a mixture of DOS and Unix line endings, in case the issue occurs in other files as well. (D-11862, 5/27/2020)
  • Auto Renew Date Not Populated - After you save a new account with a yearly subscription (1, 3 , or 5 year), the date that the subscription will automatically renew should be listed beside the selected yearly plan. In 15.1, this was not happening and the auto-renew date was not listed on the Edit Account page at all. This has been fixed in 15.2.  (D-12026, 7/16/2020)
  • Fix for Account Properties with Special Characters Not Displayed - Code was removed that was inadvertently removing special characters from account properties created via API so that they did not display in the Account Properties list in nVoq.Administrator. Account properties with special characters will now display properly in both admin consoles. Due to work done to fix that issue, the accuracyOptimization, browserV2Enabled, fastShortcuts, and trialExpireAvailable account properties will no longer appear on the Properties tab of the Edit Account page in nVoq.Administrator. These properties can be viewed on the Account tab of the Edit Account page however and do not need to be reset in the account properties section. Note that the Accuracy Optimization property cannot be changed once it has been saved. (D-12099, 7/20/2020)
  • Review & Correct Buttons Not Working Correctly in Firefox Browser - Once a dictation transcript has been corrected (if needed) and saved on the Review & Correct page, there are three tabs above the Corrected Text field: Corrected, Original Transcript Difference, and Substituted Transcript Difference. In the Firefox browser, the Clear Corrected, Poor Quality, and Close buttons below that field would not work if viewing either the Original Transcript Difference or the Substituted Transcript Difference tab when the button was clicked. This issue has been fixed and the buttons now work correctly no matter which tab is being viewed. Note that this issue only occurred in the Firefox web browser; it worked correctly in Chrome. (D-12100, 7/20/2020)
  • Group Administrator Unable to Change Enabled Status of Substitutions - A user with a Customer Administrator admin role at the group level would experience the Substitution page being stuck in refresh mode when trying to change the enabled status of substitutions for their group and the page would stop displaying information. This has been fixed. Group level administrators can now successfully enable or disable substitutions for their group that were added at any level. (D-12035, 2/21/2020)
  • Enabled Status for Substitutions Changed at Lower Org Level Changes for All Orgs - Changes to the enabled status of a substitution from enabled to disabled or vice versa are supposed to affect only the selected organization and all child organizations below it. For example, if a division organization was selected in the organization menu, a substitution disabled at that division level would disable it for all groups below that division but would NOT affect the status of the substitution in groups in other divisions. However there was a bug in which the enabled status changed at any organization level was also changing it for all organizations in the tenant. This has been fixed in 15.2. (D-12034, 7/22/2020)
  • Unable to View/Edit Substitutions Created in SayIt (or by Legacy API) - If multiple substitutions were created in SayIt (or in any client using our legacy API to modify account substitutions), nVoq.Administrator would only list the first substitution multiple times in the account substitution list. The rest of the substitutions would not appear in the list at all. Moreover, the substitution that is listed could not be edited. This was caused by substitutions created using our legacy API to modify substitutions not creating an ID, which is needed in the API call used to post substitutions in nVoq.Administrator. This has been fixed in 15.2. A migration will be done when the system is updated to 15.2 to add IDs to existing account substitutions so that they appear properly in nVoq.Administrator. (D-12030, 7/24/2020)
  • Search Persists After Transition to New Page - When you enter a word into the Search field on the Sentence Models, Shortcuts, Substitutions, or Vocabulary page it would remain in the Search field when you visited another one of those pages, often meaning there would be no results in the list on the subsequent pages because nothing matched the search criteria. This could be confusing and has been fixed in 15.2. Now terms entered into the Search field on those pages will no longer persist to another page. (B-15698, 7/24/2020)
  • Too Long Shortcut Folder Name Warning - There is a 45 character limit in the Name field for shortcut folders, but when you attempted to save a folder with a name longer than that however you would get an error that said, "Could not create folder. Folder not valid." The message did not explain why the folder could not be created and was not valid. Now when you enter more than 45 characters in the shortcut folder Name field, a red message that says "Too long" appears below the field and the Save button remains inactive. (D-12093, 7/24/2020)
  • Organization Menu Not Sorted Alphabetically After Name Change - The organization menu at the top left of all nVoq.Administrator pages was not sorting organization names alphabetically if the organization had been renamed. The name would stay in its original location in the list, but with a new name. This was happening for all organization levels but has been fixed in 15.2. (D-12031, 7/28/2020)
  • Cloning Organizations Does Not Copy Shortcuts - Cloning an organization is supposed to copy all of the organization's settings, vocabulary, sentence models, substitutions, and shortcuts into the new organization. However,  in 15.1 shortcuts were not copied when an organization was cloned. The workaround was to add the desired shortcuts to the cloned organization manually. This has been fixed in 15.2. (D-12054, 7/28/2020)
  • Enter Key Does Not Save New Password - Pressing the enter key (instead of the on-screen Change Password button) after entering a new password takes the user back to the login screen instead of accepting the password change. This was happening on the Change Password screen that appears after a new user logs in the first time, but the enter key would also not work on the Change Password screen accessed via the Account icon at the top right of nVoq.Administrator. After changing a password there and pressing enter, the password would not be changed. This has been fixed in 15.2. You can now press the enter key on the keyboard OR the on-screen Change Password button and your password will be successfully changed. (D-12117, 7/28/2020)
  • Ability to Save Transcriptions with Blank Corrected Text Field  - On the Review & Correct page you could click the Save button to save corrected text for a dictation when that field was empty. This has been fixed. The Save button will now only be enabled if the corrected text or external ID has been modified and has a value. (D-11704, 7/28/2020)
  • Enabled Toggle On for Accounts Created in Disabled Organization - When creating an account in a disabled organization, the Enabled toggle on the Add Account page would show as on/enabled by default. The account would still actually be disabled and would appear in the Accounts page list with a "No" in the Enabled column, but this could be confusing. This has been fixed in 15.2. Now when accounts are created in disabled organizations, the Enabled toggle button on the Add Account page is automatically togged to the off/disabled position and is grayed out so that it cannot be modified. When the parent organization is later enabled, all child organizations (if any) and the account will also automatically be enabled. (D-12123, 7/28/2020)
  • Logging Page Shows Logging Enabled After Collection Expires Date Has Passed -  In the current release the Enabled column on the Logging page continues to say "Yes" after the Log Collection Expires date has passed even though logging is no longer enabled for the account. This has been fixed in 15.2. Once the Log Collection Expires date is passed this column says "No" to indicate that logging it is off/disabled. (D-12006, 7/29/2020)
  • Read Only Administrator Appears to be Allowed to Create New Items - When you reach a page on which there are no items at the selected organization level, a message appears that says, "No [items] here. To add a [item] click the + above." An administrator can click the + within the message itself to add the desired item. In the current release, an administrator with Read Only access can select the + icon in that message to add a new item on the Accounts, Organizations, Substitutions, and Vocabulary pages. They can complete all the required fields and click the Save button, but since a Read Only administrator cannot actually make changes, nVoq.Administrator would show a 403 (requested resource is forbidden) error. This has been fixed. Now when a Read Only administrator visits a page with no items, the second line of the message ("To add a [item] click the + above.") will not appear. (D-12116, 7/29/2020)
  • Underscores Not Allowed in Shortcut Names / Hyphens Not Listed As Allowed - nVoq.Administrator flags an underscore (_) as an invalid character in a shortcut name, even though the message that is presents to the user ("Only letter, number underscore, or space characters are allowed") would seem to indicate that the underscore is a valid character. A change has been made to the nVoq.Administrator interface to allow underscores in shortcut names. Additionally the warning message has been changed to also include hyphens in shortcut names ("Only letter, number, underscore, hyphen, or space characters are allowed") since these are also valid characters. Note however that you cannot have two shortcuts with the same name with the only difference being that one includes a hyphen (follow-up) and one has an underscore (follow_up). (D-12101, 7/29/2020)
  • Filter Not Working on Edit Account Client Group Menu -  If you type in a name of a group at the top of the Client Group menu on the Edit Account page, the organization list does not expand to show the group, so you can only see the top level organization. You must manually expand the list to view and select the group from the list. This has been fixed in 15.2. Now when you type in all or part of a group name, the list will automatically expand to show all groups that match the criteria entered. (D-12060, 7/29/2020)
  • Documentation Updated for Audio Length - The "Audio Length (sec)" information on the Review & Correct page was documented to calculate the total number of minutes of dictation and voice shortcut audio recorded. However, voice shortcut audio has not been calculated/recorded since the 14.0 release. Documentation has been updated for the Review & Correct page accordingly.  (D-11212, 7/30/2020)
  • New Status Icon (Seedling) Removed from Review & Correct Page - The plant or seedling icon that was supposed to appear for items on the page with a "new" status has been removed. The new status is described as, "all events that have not been corrected or marked as poor quality." However, the plant icon would only appear on items for which a previously saved correction was removed and then the item was saved again without anything in the corrected text field. (D-11628, 7/30/2020)
  • Copy Icon Appears for Folder - When you select a folder on the Shortcuts page the Copy icon appears in the blue toolbar. Since Copy is only applicable to shortcuts (folders cannot be copied), this should not happen. This has been fixed in 15.2. (D-12065, 7/28/2020)
