  • Fixed Inability to Delete Shortcut Due to Blank Delete Shortcut Message - Sometimes when attempting to delete a shortcut in nVoq.Voice, the "delete shortcut" message that displays on the screen is blank and does not include the buttons to delete the shortcut or keep it. The issue often goes away after several repeated attempts, allowing you to delete the shortcut. Another workaround is to delete the shortcut in nVoq.Administrator, which everyone can access (even client-only users). This issue has been fixed in the 17.0.0 release of Voice. (D-12770, 9/16/2021)
  • Improved Message for Disabled Azure Users - If the nVoq account of a user who logs in to nVoq.Voice with Microsoft Azure is disabled, the next time the user attempts to log in to nVoq.Voice, the user is presented with a screen that states that their Azure account is signed out. After closing that window, the nVoq.Voice login screen presents a message stating, "User unknown account disabled." which could be confusing, and the System field is empty instead of saving the last used system. This has been improved. The message that displays on the nVoq.Voice login screen has been changed to, "Your account is disabled..." and the System field now retains the last used system. • New Note Assist Feature - The Note Assist feature is used to audit text and verify that it includes specific metrics, which are customizable by tenant. At this time the feature is only available to those who log in to nVoq.Voice using a Microsoft Azure account. (B-16293, 10/26/2021)
