17.0.1 SCVmcServices.war Patch Release

• Fix for Sound Card Error in SayIt After 17.0.0 Deployment - After the 17.0.0 release was deployed to the Secure system, users with a "Shortcut Usage" Plan who did not have a microphone configured on their computer received an error after logging in to SayIt stating, "Could not find available sound card to record from." Shortcut only users do not need a microphone, but in the 17.0.0 release each user's Client Access setting was effectively given a dictation role which requires that one be available. This was caused by a change in the way Client Access roles were determined in the account properties web service, and has been fixed in the 17.0.1 patch. This issue only affected SayIt users with a "Shortcut Usage" Plan. (D-12947, 3/23/2022)
