  • Fix to return "/" when number range spoken - If the number spoken before the words "out of" was a range like "4 to 5 out of 10" then "out of" was not returning as "/". This issue has been fixed. (D-12301)

Accuracy - General Medicine

  • Fix for Extra Letter Added to End of Word Prefix - Extra letters were being inserted into some words with prefixes when Direct Text was enabled (for example, "hyperrkeratosis" and "nonnetender"). • Fix @ Returning in Transcript - A vocabulary term that included underscore around a word at (e.g. Diagnosis_at_Discharge) was creating an issue in which the topic would return "Diagnosis@Discharge" instead of "Diagnosis_at_Discharge" in the transcript. This has been corrected. (D-12381)
  • Several Hospice Substitutions added - 79 Hospice related misrecognized terms which were previously addressed by adding them as substitutions have been added to the General Medicine topic so they should now return correctly without any intervention. (B-15966)
  • Fix to Return 0 when "Oh" spoken as part of a Number - Numbers spoken with "oh" in them were returning incorrectly. For example "one oh three" was returning as "1 of 3" instead of "103." This issue has been fixed. (D-12314)
