Accuracy - General

• Addition of new drug/device names - Support for new drug and medical devices (from FDA) for March and April 2021 has been added to the dictionary and corpus material across all topics. (B-15984)
• "end quote" built-in not returning correctly - A small change was made to correct this issue. (D-12493)
• "Gvoke" returning for "Spoke" - Phonemes were corrected to prevent this problem. (D-12490) 
•  Dictionary- Cleaned up dictionary entries for 15+ words that were highly represented in the corpus (B-16137)
•  Q4 2020 and Q1 2021 non GM -  Dictation corrections during this period have been added to speciality topics (B-15950) 

Accuracy - General Medicine

• "knew line" returning rather than carriage return when "new line" is spoken - A small change was made to correct this issue. (D-12491)
• Oncology terms - A limited set of Oncology terms were added to general medicine. (B-16092)
• Ranges- A range combined with "out of" expression has been fixed so that the expression is spelled out, for example "5/10 to 1/10." (D-12501)
• Dates- Dates spoken without slashes were returning incorrectly, This issue has been corrected. (D-12582)
• Support for the following words was added to the corpus and dictionary: 2 levels, Auer, neoadjuvantly, bridge, cholecystectomy, cytogenetics, extramedullary, hematopoietic, Pollinex (B-15985) 

Accuracy - Pathology

• Extra letters returned in cassette ranges - This issue has been corrected. (D-12505)
• Cassette number B13 was returning incorrectly and now has been fixed (D-12546)
• Cassette number E1 was returning incorrectly and has been fixed (D-12539)
• Support for the following words was added to the corpus and dictionary: fibroadnexal, hyperpigmented, lymphohistiocytic, glabrous (B-15985)
• Mitotic Rates were not returning correctly and now has been fixed (D-12551) 

Accuracy - Radiology

• plasmacytoma- "plasmacytoma" was returning capitalized in the middle of a sentence. This issue has been fixed. (D-12580) 

Accuracy - Veterinary

• Support for the following words was added to the corpus and dictionary: hydroureter, mucopurulent, guaifenesin, colonization, auricular, Gravol, Zeniquin (B-15985)
