16.0.01 nVoq.Administrator (Patch) Release

nVoq.Administrator

  • nVoq.Administrator Date Range Filter Not Honoring Administrator Time Zone - nVoq.Administrator returns different transaction results on the Review & Correct page than are returned in SayIt Administrator for the same date and time period. This issue also occurs in reports and on the Create Sentence Models from Corrected Text page. Because the date filter on these pages uses the system (e.g. Healthcare) time zone instead of the time zone set by the administrator in nVoq.Administrator Settings, items are retrieved from dates and/or times outside the selected date/time range when the time zone configured in nVoq.Administrator is different than the time zone of the underlying system. This is especially evident on the Canada system, where system time zone is Universal Time Coordinated. (All other systems are set to Mountain time.) This has been fixed in the patch release. The date range filter on the Review & Correct page, the Create Sentence Models from Corrected Text page, and in reports now corresponds to the time zone configured by the user in nVoq.Administrator Settings. • Next and Previous Buttons on Detail Review & Correct Page Stop Working - The Next and Previous buttons that allow you to advance through transactions on the Detail Review & Correct page stop working after a few items and become grayed out. The buttons are only able to bring up details for the transactions that were showing in the list when the initial item was opened, which could be a subset of the full list of transactions retrieved. This has been fixed in the patch release. The Next and Previous buttons will now work on ALL transactions that were retrieved in the list, not just what is displayed. (D-12374, 1/18/2021)
  • Scroll Issues on All Pages with List View - Scrolling on nVoq.Administrator pages does not work correctly after retrieving a large number of items or transactions, scrolling to the bottom of the page, and then changing the list view to show a smaller number of items by changing an organization, a filter, or deleting items. The list view may jump around, take you to the top of the list, and/or not allow you to scroll. The issue can be compounded by a change in zoom level in the browser. These issues are fixed in the patch release, but there is now an issue in which any page that has a list view does not "remember" where you were in the list view after viewing details for a transaction (on the Review & Correct page) or viewing an account (on the Accounts page) for example and then going back to the list view. Instead the list view automatically goes the top of the page. This happens on all pages with a list view and will be addressed in the 16.1 release. (D-12373, 1/18/2021)
