PREMIUM FEATURE BADGE.png

Only administrators with an administrator role at the system level and customer tenant level administrators with access to Voice Assistant can see this page in nVoq Administrator.
Voice Assistant is offered as a premium feature and therefore is only visible to customers who have purchased it.

Voice Assistant is designed to record clinician-patient and care team conversations, generate summaries, and automatically complete clinical documentation. It will eventually integrate with nVoq Voice on Android, iOS, and Windows to populate information directly into the EHR and assist with completing in-home documentation, including OASIS. On the Voice Assistant page in nVoq Administrator, admins can begin creating assessments and visit types that will be used with future Voice Assistant capabilities.

A visit code is a unique identifier used to classify the type and purpose of a healthcare visit. These codes typically combine information such as the discipline providing care (for example, nursing, therapy, or social work) and the type of service performed (such as an evaluation or follow-up visit). Together, the components of a visit code define the visit’s category, purpose, and setting, helping ensure accurate documentation and billing.

Visit Type

A visit type defines the kind of healthcare appointment based on its purpose, location, or how it is delivered, such as a physical exam, follow-up visit, or telehealth appointment.
