On the Administrator home page are links to the most commonly used resources.
Only users with an Admin Role of "Customer Administrator" or "Read-Only" see this home page.
- If you have an Administrator Role of "Shortcut Designer", see Administrator for Shortcut Designer Admin Role
- If you are a user of Mobile Voice or Voice with no Administrator Role, see Admininstrator for Client Only Users
Use the sidebar to get to pages where you can manage users, organizations, and resources or view reports. See Sidebar Navigation.
If the browser window is sized very small the sidebar may disappear and you will see a hamburger icon
appear in the lower right corner of the window. Click that icon to view the sidebar again.
Click on the Accounts, Organizations, Reports, Review & Correct, Shortcuts, or Vocabulary boxes to go directly to those pages in nVoq Administrator.
Under Did you know? you'll find a list of tips that will help you learn how to use nVoq Administrator.
Under Role-based Administrator Instruction Links you'll find quick links to online help for completing common tasks, such as creating an organization, creating a user account, or correcting dictations.
The Support box includes quick links to the nVoq Administrator help and training (coming soon), as well as the System Status page which shows maintenance notifications, outage incidents, and post-mortem reports for any nVoq URL address including nVoq Administrator.
