Total Usage Detail Report

This report displays combined dictation and shortcut statistics for individual user accounts with client access during a specified date range for one or more organizations.

Statistics include:

  • The number of dictations recorded by a user
  • The number of shortcuts (including usage of shortcuts that have been deleted since the selected time period) run by a user
  • Minutes of dictation audio recorded by a user
  • Non-billable status of a user
Admin-only users (without client access) do not appear in the report unless they previously had client access and performed dictations or shortcuts.
If a user is moved to a different group, all of the user's dictations are listed under their current group.
This is different than what is shown on the Review & Correct page, where dictations are kept in the group that the user was in when they were submitted.
