Voice for Android Grant In-App Messaging

Issue:

After setting up Voice for Android I received a message about granting in-app messaging when I tried to log in.

This message appears if you tap "Don't Allow" to the Voice notifications message after the second time it appears.

What to do:

It is important that you allow this so that you can use all features in nVoq Voice.

  1. Tap the Settings button to enable in-app messaging.Voice-Android-GrantInAppMessaging-message-tap-Settings.png
  2. This opens the Android Settings to the App Info screen for nVoq Voice. Tap Notifications.Voice-Android-GrantInAppMessaging-AppInfo-Notifications.png
  3. In the App Notifications, tap the toggle to Allow notificationsVoice-Android-GrantInAppMessaging-AppInfo-Notifications-AllowNotifications.png
  4. Keep Allow sound and vibration enabled (or enable it if that's not set by default).Voice-Android-GrantInAppMessaging-AppInfo-Notifications-AllowNotifications-sound-and-vibration.png
  5. Close Settings.
