In the initial alpha release of Mobile Voice for iOS there are some known limitations with the application, including but not limited to:
- Viewing the setup wizard with your device in landscape orientation will not allow you to see all of the setup instructions and/or links.
- If the "Allow Full Access" setting is not enabled, dictations text is then retained and pasted across all application text fields, not just the target dictation application.
- If your nVoq password needs to be reset when you first sign in (the Reset on Initial Sign In setting is enabled for your organization), Mobile Voice displays a Reset Password message and then sends you to the Forgot Password form instead of allowing you to reset your password from within the application.
- If your password is changed in nVoq Administrator or another nVoq application while you are signed in to Mobile Voice there is no warning presented, but dictation will not work. Sign out and sign back in to Mobile Voice with your new password.
- There are no warnings if your device does not have an adequate cellular or WiFi network connection.
- If Mobile Voice is uninstalled and reinstalled the setup wizard does not function properly. See Mobile Voice iOS - Enable Allow Full Access.
- Mobile Voice for iOS does not automatically insert a space between separate dictations.
- Mobile Voice for iOS does not have the following features:
- Ability to change your password in the application
- Link to online documentation
- Ability to change the dictation topic
- Shortcuts
- Note Assist
- Intelligent Formatting
- Next Word Suggestions
- Offline Dictation
