If you find that specific terms are not still working correctly after a topic release, we recommend adding vocabulary and/or substitutions to improve recognition. Additionally, transcripts in which words are not recognized accurately should be corrected so we can harvest them and add them to the appropriate topic's corpus.

Improved Formatting for “N/A” in Dictation - (D-14014, 20260326)We resolved an issue where dictating “n slash a” could return as “N/a” in certain topics, including Radiology and General Medicine. With this update, “N/A” is now consistently formatted correctly across all topics, ensuring greater accuracy and consistency in your documentation.
Improved Recognition for “Paranasal” - (S-19144, 20260422) We’ve resolved an issue where “paranasal” could be returned as “para nasal.” With this update, the term is now consistently recognized and formatted correctly across all topics, improving clinical accuracy.
Added Support for “Colon Mark” - (S-19258, 20260422) We’ve added support for the phrase “colon mark” to insert a colon (:). The word “colon” will still return either the punctuation or the word based on context.
Additional Support for “Colon” - (D-14020, 20260507) We’ve updated dictation handling for the word “colon” to better distinguish between the anatomical term and colon punctuation based on context. Additional support has also been added to improve recognition of the anatomical term, including when it appears at the beginning of sentences.
Improved Handling of “Next Field” Command Phrase - (D-14150, 20260508) We’ve updated command phrase handling across all topics to improve recognition of the spoken phrase “next field.” This change helps ensure the phrase is returned more consistently and reduces cases where speaking “next field” could unintentionally insert a new line instead.
General Medicine

Pathology

Pathology Language Updates - (S-19261, 20260506) We’ve expanded and refined the Pathology topic to better support a broader range of terminology and phrasing. These updates incorporate additional real-world dictation patterns and variations to enhance coverage across pathology workflows.
Expanded Support for Cassette Naming - (S-17370, 20260506) We’ve added support for cassette names that begin with letters (A–Z) and numeric ranges (1–20). These naming patterns are now handled more consistently, helping ensure proper formatting in your documentation.
Improved Recognition for “Pink” in Pathology - (D-14121, 20260506) We’ve added support for the terms pink” and “tan-pink” within the Pathology topic to help ensure they are returned more consistently in dictations.
Expanded Support for Pathology Terms - (S-19201, 20260507) We’ve expanded support within the Pathology topic to include a large number of requested terms and terminology variations, providing broader coverage for pathology dictation workflows. Additional refinements for a small number of terms are planned in a future update.

Reduced Unintended Range Formatting for the Number “2” - (D-14011, 20260506) We’ve made updates to help improve how the number “2” is handled in Radiology dictation, helping reduce cases where it may be misinterpreted as a dash indicating a range.
Improved Formatting for Technetium-99m in Radiology (D-14012, 20260506) We’ve updated the Radiology topic to better support dictation of the term “technetium-99m.” The term is now returned more consistently using the expected clinical formatting, including the hyphen and lowercase “m” in “99m.”
Improved Support for Isovue Terms (D-14159, 20260507) We’ve updated the Radiology topic to improve handling of Isovue contrast agent terminology, including support for common variations such as Isovue-200, Isovue-250, Isovue-300, Isovue-370, Isovue-M 200, and Isovue-M 300. These updates also improve the handling of numeric values spoken after Isovue terms to help ensure all dictated information is returned more consistently.
