We have improved the probability of the changes listed below returning accurately.
If you find that specific terms are not still working correctly after a topic release, we recommend adding vocabulary and/or substitutions to improve recognition. Additionally, transcripts in which words are not recognized accurately should be corrected so we can harvest them and add them to the appropriate topic's corpus.
General Accuracy
Negative Numbers – (S-17098 - 20250624) Enhanced support has been implemented to ensure negative numbers are now consistently formatted with a leading "-". Please note that this update does not address all scenarios where this issue may occur.
Hyphen Punctuation – (D-13855 - 20250708) The word "hyphen" was returning instead of the punctuation mark "-" when spoken. This issue occurred when the words preceding and following it was a non number word. For example "C one hyphen bisected shave" was returning as "C1 hyphen bisected shave instead of "C1-bisected shave". This issue has been addressed.
Hydroureteronephrosis – (D-138688 - 20250707) Resolved an issue where "Hydroureteronephrosis" was occasionally incorrectly returning as two separate words: "hydroureter nephrosis." This has been corrected to consistently return the term as a single word.
MTP – (D-13871; 2025710) Resolved an issue where the abbreviation "MTP" was incorrectly returned as "m_t_p" when preceded by an ordinal. For example, the phrase "second MTP" now correctly returns as "2nd MTP" instead of "2nd m_t_p".
New Words from Corrections – (S-17816 - 20250717) Support for new words identified in corrected dictations submitted in May 2025 has been added to the dictionary, along with limited corpus support in the relevant topics.
