Corrected “seconds” returning as “s”- Changed rules so that “second” and “seconds” do not return as abbreviation “s”. (D-13520)
Accuracy - General Medicine
“plus” being returned instead of “+” symbol - This was occurring when dictating strength and edema grades were spoken. (D-13457)
“Dr.” and “Doctor” - If "Doctor" is followed by a name, it will be abbreviated to "Dr." If no name is detected or the doctor's name is not in our names list, "doctor" will be spelled out fully as "doctor." Our system maintains a list of some known doctor names for this functionality. (D-13521)

Unintended Period Punctuation- In some cases, when dictating audio with extended periods of background noise, the speech engine mistakenly inserted the “.” punctuation mark. This issue has been resolved.
Accuracy - Radiology
Word Support - Corpus and dictionary support for “Ultrascan” was added. (B-17721)
Additional Sentence Modeling - As part of improving accuracy some additional sentence modeling documents have been added to the corpus. (B-17675)
