Accuracy - General

  • Misspellings - Updates to the dictionary were made so that the following words return correctly (B-16983):
    • pyloroduodenal
    • pancreaticoduodenal
    • hemivertebra
    • hemivertebrae
    • prevertebral
    • complaining
    • likelihood
  • Inappropriate Words - Removed references to "Nazi Germany" from Topics corpus material. (B-16983)
  • New Line - Changed all incorrect instances of words "new line" to <carriage return> in corpus material. (D-13103)
  • New drugs/devices- Corpus and dictionary support for new drugs and medical devices (from FDA) for October and November 2022 has been added. (B-17001, B-17002)
  • Corrections added to All Topics - Transcripts that were corrected during October and November 2022 have been added to their corresponding Topic corpus . New words found in these corrections have been added to the dictionary. (B-16984, B-16999) 
  • Contractions- Previously contractions always returned in their expanded form but now they return as spoken. For example if user dictates "he's" then "he's" will be transcribed not "he is." Below is a list of supported contractions: (B-16368)
