Find Accounts

Use this page to find a user account created at the tenant level and below.
- System Administrators with "System" access are able to search the entire system.
- System Administrators with "Customer" access are able to search the tenant organization(s) to which they are authorized.
- System level accounts are not included in this search. To find a system level account, see System Accounts.
Find a User Account
- Go to the Find Accounts page in nVoq Administrator.
- In the Search field near the top-right of the page, enter all or part of a user's username, first name, or last name.
- The search is NOT case sensitive.
- The search is NOT case sensitive.
- The account list will automatically populate with any accounts matching the search criteria in any tenant to which you have access.
- System Administrators with "Customer" access will only be able to find accounts in a tenant to which they are authorized.
- System Administrators with "System" access will be able to find accounts in any tenant.
- System level accounts are not included in this search.
- Optionally, click the actions menu and select Set Tenant Location to search within the user's tenant.

Download Results
Click the download icon to download a comma-separated values (CSV) file in the web browser that includes the Username, First Name, Last Name, and Tenant columns for accounts listed in the current search results. (This icon is only visible if there are search results listed.)

Search
Use the Search field near the top-right of the page to search for all or part of a username, first name, or last name to find an account. To clear the search field, click the X to the right of the words used to search.
Find Accounts Page Columns
Username
This is the username for the account that is used to log in to nVoq products.
First Name
This is the first name of the user who holds this account.
Last Name
This is the surname of the user who holds this account.
Tenant
This is the tenant organization to which this account holder belongs.
Actions
Click the actions icon and select Set Tenant Location (the only option) to view organizations, accounts, and resources configured under this tenant.
