The properties listed on the Properties tab (if any) are those which have been added to the tenant organization.
The properties listed on this page are those that have been added to organization properties from an external webservice. If an organization property is editable in nVoq Administrator (such as Show Audio and Text Links for tenant organizations) then it is not listed here.
To restore one or more properties to the default setting:
- Put a checkmark in the box next to the property or properties you want to restore.
OR
Put a checkmark in the box at the top of the list to select ALL properties in the organization.
- Then click the Restore Selected button at the bottom of the page.
- The page returns to the list view of tenant organizations.
Properties that have been restored to a default setting no longer appear on the Properties tab.
