Admin: Sentence Model Delete

Follow these instructions to remove sentence models from an organization or a user account. 

Delete Sentence Models

1. Go to the Sentence Models page in nVoq.Administrator. 

Optionally, click the Manage icon in the sidebar to hide the sidebar while you work.

2. Select the appropriate radio button to remove documents from an account or an organization: 

   Remove a sentence model document from a specific user account:

   1. Select the Account radio button.
   2. Then select an account from the Account menu. 
      • The menu will display a maximum of 250 accounts. If there are more than 250 accounts in the selected organization, the bottom of the menu will say, "Showing 250 out of [#] possible accounts."
      • Use the Find Account field at the top of the menu to find any account that exists in the selected organization, even if it is not displayed in the menu.
        
      • Hover your mouse over the account in the list to see the username in a tooltip if it's cut off on the menu.
        

Remove a sentence model document from an organization

1. Select the appropriate organization from the organization menu at the very top of the screen.
   Navigate this menu by using the Expand All button to open all organizations, by clicking the > arrow next to each organization level to open it, or by typing an organization name in the Filter text field.
   You can delete substitutions from multiple organization levels at once (e.g. if you select a company, you can delete from the company as well as divisions and groups below it).
2. Select the Organization radio button. 
3. Then select the appropriate Show Organization radio button to view the existing sentence models for the selected organization:
   • Choose selected and children to see sentence models for the organization selected in the Organization menu and all child organizations below it.
   • Choose only selected to see sentence models for only the organization selected in the Organization menu.
   • Choose selected and parents to see sentence models for the organization selected in the Organization menu and all parent organizations above it.
     

3. Optionally, download each file before you delete by clicking on the Actions menu next to the file and selecting Download File. 
   • Once a sentence model document is deleted, it is permanently removed from the system.
   • If you don't already have a copy of it saved somewhere, you might want to download it now. See Download Sentence Models for more information.
     

4. Click on the page icon to select the documents you wish to remove.
   • You can use the Search field to find a specific document you want to remove.
   • You can delete any sentence model that is visible on the page as long as you have the ability to make changes for the organization level at which it was added.
   • You can select multiple documents to delete more than one at a time.
   • To remove ALL documents in the list you are viewing click the checkbox at the top of the list.

5. Click the Delete icon in the blue toolbar to go to delete the selected documents.

6. The Delete Sentence Model confirmation will let you know how many sentence models will be deleted and that deleting them will remove them permanently. 
   Click the Yes, delete sentence models button to permanently remove the selected documents.

• Deletion of sentence models occurs asynchronously, which means that after removing the documents from nVoq.Administrator affected user profiles are updated with changes in the background. This may take some time, but voice client users can still perform dictations while sentence models are being removed on the server.
• When sentence modeling documents are deleted, the profile is "rebuilt" and any previously added documents that were not applied to a dictation user's account (due to size limitations) are automatically applied IF there is now enough available space in the user account.
