When opening billing tickets please include the following information:
1. Your contact information
- Your name
- Your phone number
- Your email address
2. Complete organization and account information for the specific accounts in question
- Include the system, like Healthcare, Test, or Canada.
- Provide user information that includes the organization structure like Tenant > Company > Division > Group > Username
