Accuracy - General

• Number to - Many times "number to" was returning as "#2" or "number2." This issue has been fixed. (D-12919)
• Corrections added to All Topics - Transcripts that were corrected during February 2023 have been added to their corresponding Topic corpus . New words found in these corrections have been added to the dictionary. (B-17079)
• Dictionary Cleanup- Cleanup work of the dictionary continues.  This effort involves removing nonsensical words as well as improving phonetic representations of existing words. (B-17095)
• New drugs/devices- Corpus and dictionary support for new drugs and medical devices (from FDA) for February 2023 have been added. (B-17080)
• Lowercase-  On going work continues to ensure that words return with the correct casing.  Words like azelastine, calcinosis and vertebroplasty were returning incorrectly as uppercased. These words now return lowercased. (B-17109)
• Misspellings- The words "judgment," "Benston wire," "cypionate," and "cyclosporine" were returning misspelled. Dictionary and corpus across topics were updated so that these words now return correctly. (B-17158)
• Bra Sizes- Support for bra sizes 26AA through 64N has been added and recognition has improved. (B-17072)

• Procedure Codes- We have added support for "code" followed by a five digit number in the range between 00100 and 99607. If the word "code" is not spoken first then we cannot guarantee that the numbers will return correctly. Each digit number must be spoken individually, ie code 00100 must be dictated "code zero zero one zero zero" not "code zero zero one hundred" (B-13172)

Accuracy - Pathology

• Double close paren - Extra support was added for "double close paren" so "double)" returns when these words are spoken. (D-12908)
• Cassettes- Support for cassettes from 1A to 9Z has been added. If the word "cassette" is spoken first then recognition is much better (ie cassette 1F or cassette 9B). (B-17168)

• Additional Corpus- Added more corpus to the Radiology topic. All unknown words in the new material were added to the dictionary. (B-17166, B-17162)
• Improved Recognition of words- Added several words that were not in the dictionary as well as removed misspelled ones and added them back in with the correct spelling. (B-17162)
