Accuracy - General

• Dictionary - Dictionary cleanup continues. Words with incorrect phonetic representations were corrected and some removed. (B-16165, B-16191, B-16216)
• Addition of new drug/device names - Support for new drug and medical devices (from FDA) for May 2021 has been added to the dictionary and corpus material across all topics. (B-16158)
• Q4 2020 and Q1 2021 non GM OOVs -  New or unknown words identified in corrected dictations submitted during Q4 2020 and Q1 2021 against non GM topics have been added to the dictionary. (B-15950)
• April 2021 Corrections- Corrected texts for dictations submitted in April 2021 were harvested and added to the appropriate topic's corpus. New words in those corrections were also added to the dictionary. (B-16147)
• Q1 2021 GM Corrections - Corrected texts for dictations submitted to the General MedicineTopic during the first quarter of 2021 were harvested and added to the GM topic and mixed into others. New words identified in those corrections were added to the dictionary. (B-16198)  

Accuracy - General Medicine

• 911 - 911 was  not returning in numerical format. This has been fixed. (D-12593)
• Mod to Max A - This phrase was returning as "Mod to Max a" but now is returning correctly. (D-12600)
• Dates - Dates like 5/5/21 were returning incorrectly but now return in the correct format. (D-12607) 

Accuracy - Pathology

• Numbers- Numbers were being spelled out instead of returing in numerical format. This issue has been resolved. (D-12544)
