New Features in SayIt:
---------------------
New Speaker-Independent Dictation Engine
We have a new speaker-independent dictation engine in this release, which means you can use the dictation feature in the voice client without having to build a voice profile (Profile Setup). This setting is configured for a group in SayIt Administrator. If you're interested in testing out the new engine, ask your Administrator or contact [email protected].
Accounts in an Enhanced group will see limited options available on the Dictations menu. Profile Setup, My Vocabulary, and My Sentence Modeling will not be available.
Functionality of this new feature will be introduced in phases over multiple releases. For more information on what will be included in the 10.1 release, see Enhanced Dictation Topic Type in the SayIt Administrator Help.
Insert Template Shortcuts Open Select and Say (even if it's turned off!)
"Insert Template" shortcuts can now open the Select and Say window even if Select and Say is not enabled (checked) on the Options menu. See Select and Say - How Do I Use Select and Say? in the SayIt Help
Improved Code Fast Service
nVoq’s Code Fast service can help providers quickly adapt to ICD-10 requirements at the point of care by easily adding top level -or more specific diagnostic codes- directly into your narrative text in a matter of seconds.
The improved service allows you to select top level or more detailed ICD-10 diagnostic codes from a drop-down menu. See Code Fast. Automatic Spacing Returns
The 10.1 release of SayIt sees the return of the Automatic Spacing option, which automatically adds a space after each dictation or shortcut text. See Options Menu in the SayIt Help
New Features in SayIt Administrator:

New Speaker-Independent Dictation Engine
We have a new speaker-independent dictation engine in this release, which means you can use the dictation feature in the voice client without having to build a voice profile (Profile Setup).
There is a new setting under the Group Dictation Settings tab called "Topic Type" which can be configured by any administrator with access at Division level (or higher). Select "Enhanced" to try out the new dictation engine.

Vocabulary and Sentence Modeling will not be available in the initial release of the new engine.

Shortcut Designer Improved
The Shortcut Designer, available to those with access to SayIt Administrator, has many improvements. You can now create and edit all types of shortcuts in the designer. There are lots of new tools available for creating and editing HTML Automation shortcuts. Simply drag and drop them to add them to the shortcut. A new History tab lets you see who made changes and when they were made. Help is now available from the Support Center link at the top. See Shortcut Designer Help.

Code Fast Agent Additional Web Service
Can now process text using the Sytrue Natural Language Processor so that coding of text can do things like exclude negative findings. Can now also see specificity of phrases and terms. See: Code Fast Web Service in the SayIt HTTP API Help.
Dictation HTTP API Updates
Location URLs in HTTP response bodies are now relative URLs, specifying only the path part of the URL.

KNOWN LIMITATIONS

--For SayIt on the Mac, refer to the SayIt Help for a complete list of Known Limitations.
--French or Spanish sentence model documents may time out during upload. If this happens, break the document up into smaller sizes and try uploading the smaller documents.
--The shortcut designer has a 400K maximum character limit in the text field.
--The PDF viewer in SayIt may not work if the SayIt user is running Java v1.6_45.
