New Features in SayIt:

Popup Shortcut Favorites
Easily access your most frequently used Popup shortcuts by marking them as "favorites".
New Features in SayIt Administrator:

New Dictation Topics Available for the Enhanced Dictation Engine (Topic Type)
Additional topics are available for groups with an Enhanced Topic Type (dictation engine): Cardiology, Neurosurgery, and Oncology.
Acoustic Adaptation Now Available for Accounts in Enhanced Dictation Topic Groups
Users testing out the new "Enhanced" dictation engine can now try another new feature which will allow acoustic information collected from their dictations to improve dictation recognition accuracy.
Enable/Disable Dictation and Voice Shortcuts Now at Account Level
Dictation and shortcut settings have moved to the the Add/Edit Account page so that a Popups-only (no voice) user account in any group can bypass the need to have a sound card in their computer when they log in to SayIt. Changes include:
- Dictations Enabled (Now only located on the Add/Edit Account page, this was removed from the Add/Edit Group page.)
- Voice Shortcuts Enabled (This was moved from the Add/Edit Group page to the Add/Edit Account page.)
- Automation Access (This was already on the Add/Edit Account page, but is now under the SayIt Group section.)
New Password Security Settings for SayIt Administrator ONLY Accounts Above Division Level
Passwords for SayIt Administrator accounts that are created at the Company, Tenant, or System level and do NOT have access to the voice client (SayIt) must now conform to "Medium" password requirements. These users will be required to update their password the next time they log in.
Download Active Shortcuts Link on Review & Correct Page to Disappear After Data Removal Job Runs
Available on the Review & Correct page in the Item Detail window, Download Active Shortcuts is a link to a "grammar file" that contains a list of all of shortcut voice commands that were available at the time the user attempted a shortcut. Going forward, this file will now be removed by the Data Removal job (usually after 14 days). After this occurs, the link will no longer be available.
New Features in the SayIt Audio Guide:

Issue using SpeechMike Premium with Mac
There is a known issue when using the SpeechMike Premium 3500 with the Mac in which audio is garbled and there is a lot of static.
New Features in Shortcut Designer:

New Action Button
A new Action Button allows you to quickly map an HTML Automation or Workflow Automation to a button.
New Remember Cursor Position Setting
This setting has been added to the Shortcut Designer Options menu to allow HTML Automation shortcuts to function properly with certain applications, like LivePerson.
