16.1.01 Migration Script (Patch) Release

Fix for Dictions Not Reported to Review & Correct - During the deployment of 16.1 on the Canada system we noticed a number of errors that were found to be caused by an defect in a migration script. These errors caused dictations to not be reported to the database, and therefore they do not appear on the Review & Correct page. This issue occurred for approximately 30 minutes (from about 3:30 PM until approximately 4:00 PM Mountain Time) and affected the Canada system only. The script has been fixed for the deployment of 16.1 on the Healthcare system. (D-12592, 5/6/2021)
