Account Creation Report

Article Summary

This report shows user accounts that were created or in which the user first logged in to nVoq Voice or Mobile Voice during a selected date range.


View & Download the Report

  1. On the organization menu at the top of nVoq.Administrator, select an organization that includes the accounts you want to review.
    Navigate this menu by using the Expand All button to open all organizations, by clicking the > arrow next to each organization level to open it, or by typing an organization name in the Filter text field.

  2. Go to the Reports page either by clicking on the Reports box on the home page OR on the Reports icon in the sidebar.

  3. On the Reports page, on the Report drop-down menu select Account Creation.

  4. Select a Date Range (start and end date) for which you want to include results, then click the Apply button when you're done. See Date Range Picker for more information.generic-date-range-picker-open.png


  1. Under Date Range For...
    • Select the radio button next to Account Creation Date to view all ACCOUNTS THAT WERE CREATED during the selected date range.

    • Select the radio button next to First Client Sign In to view all ACCOUNTS THAT LOGGED IN FOR THE FIRST TIME to nVoq Voice or Mobile Voice during the selected date range.

  1. Optionally put a checkmark next to Show Deleted to include accounts that have been deleted in the results.

  2. Click the refresh icon in the blue bar to view the report data. 
    Any change to a filter (in the gray area below the blue toolbar) causes the icon to pulsate once with a red dot. Click on the refresh icon to update the list of items on the page. A retrieval of items within the selected filters starts when the icon is clicked. Once this retrieval starts, it cannot be stopped.
    (You do not have to click refresh when using the Search field, which is also in the gray area.)

  3. Optionally, click on the download icon in the blue bar to download a comma-separated values (CSV) file of the report data.

Account Creation Report Columns

Click on any column header on the page to sort information in ascending or descending order. 

Username

The identification used by the account holder to log in to the client. The accounts listed will include all accounts in the organization selected in the organization menu at the top of the page.

  • Accounts that have been deleted are listed with the word [deleted] next to the username. 

First Name

The account holder's first name. 

Last Name

The account holder's last name. 

Status

The status of the account holder if in a trial period, deleted, or disabled. This field will be blank if the account does not have one of those three statuses. 

Client Group

The group organization to which the account holder belongs. The groups listed will include all groups below the organization selected in the organization menu at the top of the page. 

Creation Date

The date that the account was created. 

First Client Sign In

The date that the user first logged in to nVoq Voice or Mobile Voice.
