Active Account Detail Report

Article Summary

This report shows last client sign in time and whether there was client activity (dictation or shortcut) by individual user accounts with client access for one or more organizations.

 

View & Download the Report

 

  1. On the organization menu at the top of nVoq.Administrator, select an organization that includes the accounts you want to review.
    Navigate this menu by using the Expand All button to open all organizations, by clicking the > arrow next to each organization level to open it, or by typing an organization name in the Filter text field.

  2. Go to the Reports page in nVoq.Administrator either by clicking on the Reports box on the home page OR on the Reports icon in the sidebar.

  3. On the Reports page, on the Report drop-down menu select Active Account Detail.

  4. Select a Date Range (start and end date) for which you want to include results, then click the Apply button when you're done. See Date Range Picker for more information.generic-date-range-picker-open.png


  1. Optionally, put a checkmark next to Show Deleted to include user accounts that have been deleted in the report data. 
    Selecting the Show Deleted checkbox will list deleted accounts and activity history prior to being deleted (except for last sign in time).

  1. Click the refresh icon in the blue bar to view report data.
    Any change to a filter (in the gray area below the blue toolbar) causes the icon to pulsate once with a red dot. Click on the refresh icon to update the list of items on the page. A retrieval of items within the selected filters starts when the icon is clicked. Once this retrieval starts, it cannot be stopped.

  2. Optionally, click on the download icon in the blue bar to download a comma-separated values (CSV) file of the report data.

Active Account Detail Report Columns

Click on any column header on the page to sort information in ascending or descending order. 

Username

The identification used by the account holder to log in to the client. The accounts listed will include all accounts in the organization selected in the organization menu at the top of the page.

  • Accounts that have been deleted are listed with the word [deleted] next to the username. 

First Name

The account holder's first name. 

Last Name

The account holder's last name. 

Status

The status of the account holder if deleted or disabled. This field will be blank if the account does not have one of those two statuses. 

Client Group

The group organization to which the account holder belongs. The groups listed will include all groups below the organization selected in the organization menu at the top of the page. 

Active Account

A "1" in this column indicates that this account was active (recorded a dictation or ran a shortcut) during the selected date range. This includes all accounts with client access, including those marked as Non-Billable. 

Active Dictations

A "1" in this column indicates that this account recorded a dictation during the selected date range. 

Active Shortcuts

A "1" in this column indicates that this account used any type of shortcut during the selected date range. 

Last Sign In Time

The date and time the user last logged in to the voice client. If blank, this user has not signed in to the client. This data is not impacted by the date range selected. 

Last Activity Time

The last time a user performed any activity in the client, including recording a dictation or running a shortcut. This data is not impacted by date range selected, it's just the literal date and time of last client activity performed.
