Article Summary

This page is only available to administrators with System or Tenant level access.

On the Identity Providers page System or Tenant level administrators can view details about the Single Sign On (SSO) identity providers that are configured for the tenant (if any), as well as create tokens that allow the creation of accounts via the identity provider. See also: Auto Provisioning Token and Auto Provisioning Settings

To configure SSO on nVoq dictation applications for your users see SSO Setup: Microsoft Entra ID (formerly Azure Active Directory) or SSO Setup: Okta. The nVoq Customer Experience Team will add the information you send us to our system as an "identity provider," after which it will be listed here.

Company ID

This is the partner information that the end-user will enter into the nVoq application before they sign in with their SSO credentials.

  • For Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD), Company ID is your domain name (per Microsoft recommendation). After this information is entered the first time, the information is automatically remembered the next time the end-user signs in.
  • For Okta, the nVoq Customer Experience Team works with you to create a Company ID. This information is entered each time the end-user signs in to the application, which then redirects the user to the appropriate Okta login page.

SSO Provider

This is the name of the Single Sign On provider that has been set up for the tenant, either "AZURE" or "OKTA".

External Key

This is your unique ID with the SSO provider.

  • For Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD) this is the "Entra ID Tenant UUID” that you capture and send to the nVoq Customer Experience Team.
  • For Okta this is the “Okta Org ID” that you capture and send to the nVoq Customer Experience Team.

External Signin Domain

This is the URL to which the end-user is redirected when signing in using SSO.

  • All Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD) users are redirected to the same Microsoft login page.
  • Okta users are redirected to a custom domain.

Client App Names

This is the name of the nVoq application, "MVOICE" for nVoq.Mobile Voice or "VOICE" for nVoq.Voice, to which users should be allowed to sign in using SSO. This information, configured on the Auto Provisioning Settings tab, is used to verify that the user has access to the application after they log in with their SSO credentials. Users will not be able to sign in to an application that is not listed here.

Actions

Click on the actions iconAccounts-actions-iconnext to an identity provider in the list to open a menu and select an action to take with the identity provider listed on that row. Possible actions include:

  • Auto Provisioning Token: This opens a new page where you can create or delete JSON web tokens that are used within an identity provider to give permission to create nVoq user accounts through the identity provider. See Auto Provisioning Token.
  • View Auto Provisioning Token: This option is available for tenant-level administrators with a Read-Only Administrator Role. It opens the Auto Provisioning Token page where you can view identity provider information in the list view of the Auto Provisioning Token page.
