Use our feedback form to send feedback directly to nVoq Support. This form allows you to share your ideas, suggestions, and concerns about Voice with us.
Technical challenges should be reported to your agency’s Technical Support Team for preliminary troubleshooting.
Your Technical Support Team will investigate and escalate to nVoq, when appropriate.
- Click the gear icon
on the lower-left side of the dictation button to open the Settings window.
- Click the envelope icon
at the bottom of the Settings window.
- Complete all fields on the form (email address, subject, message body, and your company).
- Click the Send button (or click the Clear button to clear your message without sending).
- After you click the send button a green success notification message lets you know that your feedback was received and the form is cleared.
