Account Enabled Report

This report can be used to find enabled and/or trial status of accounts with client access configured within a specified date range.

Report statistics include:

The date and time accounts were created.
The date(s) and time(s) accounts were enabled.
The date(s) and time(s) accounts were disabled during a selected date range.
The date and time accounts were deleted during a selected date range.
The date(s) and time(s) accounts started a trial period.

This report does not include "admin only" accounts that do not have client access.

This report only includes accounts that had a status of "enabled" during the selected date range.

View & Download the Report

On the organization menu at the top of nVoq Administrator, select an organization that includes the accounts you want to review.
Navigate this menu by using the Expand All button to open all organizations, by clicking the > arrow next to each organization level to open it, or by typing an organization name in the Filter text field.
Go to the Reports page in nVoq Administrator either by clicking on the Reports box on the home page OR on the Reports icon in the sidebar.
On the Reports page, on the Report drop-down menu select Account Enabled.
Select a Date Range (start and end date) for which you want to include results, then click the Apply button when you're done. See Date Range Picker for more information.

To include accounts that were only in a trial period (and did not switch over to billable) during the selected date range put a checkmark next to Only Trial During Date Range.
Click the refresh icon in the blue bar to view the report data.
Any change to a filter (in the gray area below the blue toolbar) causes the icon to pulsate once with a red dot. Click on the refresh icon to update the list of items on the page. A retrieval of items within the selected filters starts when the icon is clicked. Once this retrieval starts, it cannot be stopped.
Optionally, click on the download icon in the blue bar to download a comma-separated values (CSV) file of the report data.

Account Enabled Report Columns

Click on any column header on the page to sort information in ascending or descending order.

Username

The identification used by the account holder to log in to the client. The accounts listed will include all accounts in the organization selected in the organization menu at the top of the page.

Accounts that have been deleted are listed with the word [deleted] next to the username.

First Name

The account holder's first name.

Last Name

The account holder's last name.

Status

The status of the account holder if deleted. This column does NOT show trial or disabled status, only deleted.

Client Group

The group organization to which the account holder belongs. The groups listed in this column include all groups below the organization selected in the organization menu at the top of the page.

Creation Date

The date and time that the account was created.

Enabled During Date Range

The date and time the account was enabled.

Disabled During Date Range

The date and time that the account was disabled (if any) during the selected date range. A date range in this column indicates start and stop dates for the enablement of the account.

Deletion Date

The date and time the account was deleted (if any) during the selected date range.

Trial During Date Range

The start date and time of a trial period for the account. A date range in this column indicates start and stop dates of a trial period during the selected date range.

The "Only Trial During Date Range" checkbox must be selected at the top of the page in order to include the accounts that were only in the trial period during the selected date range (and did not switch over to billable) in the results.
