We have improved the probability of the changes listed below returning accurately.
If you find that specific terms are not still working correctly after a topic release, we recommend adding vocabulary and/or substitutions to improve recognition. Additionally, transcripts in which words are not recognized accurately should be corrected so we can harvest them each month and add them to the appropriate topic's corpus.
Accuracy - General
Space Around Slash – (D-13783; 20250516) Fixed an issue in which an extra space returned before and after the spoken punctuation "slash." The space no longer returns. For example before the fix, " /edema" returned and now "/edema" returns.
New Words from Corrections – (S-17815; 20250516) Support for new words identified in corrected dictations submitted in March 2025 has been added to the dictionary, along with limited corpus support in the relevant topics.
Bosniak Classifications– (D-13792; 20250519) The Bosniak classification system (I, II, IIF, III, IV) was incorrectly displaying as Arabic numerals rather than Roman numerals. This issue has been resolved. Now, for example, "Bosniak 1" will return as "Bosniak I" and so on.
Anti Prefix– (S-81410; 20250521) Continued work to ensure that non-proper nouns starting with the prefix "anti" return as a single word instead of two separate words. For example, the following words will now return as one word: antianemic, antivenom, antihyperglycemic, antiinflammatory and many more. Over 900 words with this prefix will now consistently return as a single word.
Other Prefixes – (S-81410; 20250521) Continued work to ensure that over 65 specific words starting with prefixes such as "hemi," "inter," "non," "post," "sub," and others return consistently as a single word instead of two. For example, the following words will now return as one word: hemiabdomen, submetatarsal, submassive and more.
Mid-thoracic - (S-81410; 20250521) A change was made so that “midthoracic” will now always be hyphenated as “mid-thoracic.”

Corpus Cleanup – (S-18091; 20250512) Ongoing cleanup of the corpus continues. Veterinary corpus materials have been reviewed and refined to remove misspellings and nonsensical phrasing.
