Mobile Voice iOS: Sign In

Signing in with a Single Sign On (SSO) account is not supported at this time.
You must sign in to iOS Mobile Voice with an nVoq account.


  1. On the sign in screen, enter your nVoq Username and Password.

    • If you don't know your username or password, tap the Forgot password link.

  2. Leave the system URL on the default: healthcare.nvoq.com. (If your account is on a different system, such as Test or Canada, type the system URL in manually [e.g. test.nvoq.com or canada.nvoq.com])signin-system-healthcare

  3. Tap the Sign In button.signin-signin-button
    • IF YOU ARE REQUIRED TO CHANGE YOUR PASSWORD ON INITIAL SIGN IN a message lets you know that you must reset your password when you tap the Sign In button.

    • Tapping OK takes you directly to the Password and Username Recovery webpage. Follow the instructions for "I forgot my password" to reset your password. Then sign in to Mobile Voice with your new password.

  4. After you successfully sign in you are taken directly to the dictation screen of Mobile Voice. See Mobile Voice iOS: Use Dictation & Keyboard.signin-complete-dictation-screen
