Sentence modeling can help the dictation server correctly recognize sentences and phrases that are commonly dictated by providing context for words. You can add sentence modeling that you create or add them from corrected dictation transcripts.

Find Unknown Vocabulary
If a group is selected on the organization menu at the top of the page, multiple sentence models can be scanned for unknown words by putting a checkmark in the box to the left of the sentence model name and then selecting this icon in the toolbar. The system checks all selected sentence model documents for unknown words, which can then be added to vocabulary. (Unknown words in sentence model documents are ignored by dictation server.)
Delete
When one or more sentence models are selected in the list on the Sentence Models page, the delete (trash can) icon appears in the toolbar IF the logged in user has the ability to make changes to sentence models for the group or account. Click the trash icon to delete the selected sentence model(s). You will be asked to confirm that you want to delete the sentence model(s) before it is removed.
